SAP UX Design
During my time at SAP as a UX Designer working on the SAP Analytics Cloud, I had the opportunity to conduct User Reasearch with our clients, identify pain points, collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders, develop UI mockups and UX solutions for new features, present prototypes, and participate in design reviews and critiques with our design team.

What I was working on
While I was working on the SAP Analytics Cloud, I developed my UX Design process further by ingesting user requests and designing solutions to improve the product for our clients. My typical process would include user research, creating end to end user flows to catch edge cases, creating wireframes, syncing on design criteria with a feature's Product Owner and Engineers, and developing full fidelity mockups, feature functionality prototypes, and UX specs detailing interaction design for hand off to Engineering.
In addition to this, I worked on an instructional animation video with a teammate for the launch of an "Intro to SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)" demonstration video. We created storyboards, styleguides, and an animated YouTube video showcasing SAC. I also became the resident Figma expert while at SAP (since I was very vocal about my love of the platform) and created an entire component library in Figma for our entire team to use when designing, as part of an initiative to improve the team's design system and maintain consistency with the SAC styleguide.
